1. General Provisions
1.1. Alina Dmitrievna Shapovalova, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes a Public Offer for the sale of designer furniture, presented on the Seller's official website

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), this document is a public offer, and, in the event of acceptance of the conditions set forth below, an individual accepting this offer pays for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph
3 of Article 438 of the CC RF, payment for the Goods by the Buyer is an acceptance of the offer, which
is considered equivalent to concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth in the offer.
1.3. Based on the above, carefully read the text of the public offer, and if you do not agree with any point of the offer, you are invited to refuse to purchase the Products provided by the Seller
1.4. In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Offer" - a public offer of the Seller addressed to any individual (citizen) to conclude a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with him on the existing terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, including all its appendices;
"Buyer" - an individual who has concluded an Agreement with the Seller on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement;
"Acceptance" - full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
"Product" - a list of product names on the official website;
"Order" - individual items from the assortment list of the Product, specified by the Buyer when placing an order on the website;
"Delivery" — a third-party organization providing the Buyer with courier services for the delivery of the Order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller sells the Goods in accordance with the current price list published on the Seller's website collection-flux.tilda.ws, and the Buyer makes payment and accepts the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. This Agreement and its appendices are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. The Buyer places an order for the Goods through the website
https://collection-flux.tilda.ws3.2. When placing an order on the Seller's website, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following information about himself:
— last name, first name (in Russian);
— email address;
— contact phone number;
— any other information at the Buyer's request.
3.3. The Seller shall not be liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.4. The Buyer shall be liable for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
3.5. Payment by the Buyer for the Order placed independently on the website shall mean the Buyer's consent to the terms of this Agreement.
The day of payment for the Order shall be the date of conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
3.6. All information materials presented on the website
https://collection-flux.tilda.ws are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about certain properties and characteristics of the Goods. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, he/she shall seek advice from the Seller before placing the Order.
4. Order Fulfillment Terms
4.1. The Order fulfillment term depends on the availability of the ordered Goods and the time required to process the Order. In exceptional cases, the Order fulfillment term may be agreed upon with the Buyer individually depending on the characteristics and quantity
of the ordered Goods.
4.2. The Order is considered delivered at the time of its transfer to the Buyer. By signing the courier sheet, the Buyer confirms the fulfillment of the Order.
4.3. If the Buyer provides false contact information, the Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfillment of the Order.
4.4. In the event of improper delivery of the Order due to the fault of the Seller, re-delivery of the Order is free of charge.
5. Order Cost and Payment
5.1. The price for each Goods item is displayed on the website
https://collection-flux.tilda.ws The delivery cost is not included in the cost of the Goods.
5.2. The cost of the Goods and (or) Services https://collection-flux.tilda.ws are valid on the date (at the time) of placing the order and can be changed by the Seller at any time. The cost of the Goods and (or) Services cannot be changed unilaterally by the Seller after the Buyer has ordered the Goods and (or) Services.
5.3. Payment for the Goods is made by transferring to a card. You will receive the payment details after agreeing on all the details of the order, or by other means by prior agreement with the Seller. In case of payment using a bank card, the Buyer is recommended to use a bank card issued in his name. In case of a refund of the paid funds, the refund is made using the same details by which the payment was received, and on the basis of a personal application of the person in whose name the bank card was issued.
5.4. The date of payment is the date of crediting the funds to the Seller's bank account.
5.5. Payment for the service in the amount of 100% for the production of an individual order is made by agreement with the Seller. After the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account, the Seller begins to perform the service.
6. Delivery of goods.
6.1 The Seller's obligation to deliver the Goods with the condition of their delivery is considered fulfilled from the moment of their transfer to the delivery service.
6.2. Ownership of the Goods and the risks of accidental damage and/or loss of the Goods pass to the Buyer from the moment of the actual transfer of the Goods by the Seller to the delivery service.
6.3. The Goods are delivered at the Buyer's expense.
6.4. The Seller shall deliver the Goods only after 100% payment for the Goods by the Buyer
6.5. The cost of delivery, the list of services providing delivery and other conditions are specified on the website https://collection-flux.tilda.ws in the product card.
6.6. The total delivery time for the Goods consists of the order processing time and the delivery time. The order processing time is up to 14 business days. The delivery time by courier service or by mail is calculated separately depending on the selected delivery method and the Buyer's delivery address.
7. Return of goods
7.1. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before the Order is fulfilled.
7.2. If the Buyer discovers that the Product does not meet the parameters or characteristics, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Product within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, provided that the product retains its presentation and Purchase Quality, as well as a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the specified product. The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller's pick-up point. The Seller shall return to the Buyer the cost of the paid product, minus the cost of delivery of the Product, within ten days from the date of the Buyer's submission of the relevant request.
7.3. If the Buyer refuses to accept the Product, the return of the Product to the Seller is carried out at the Buyer's expense and is organized by the Buyer independently.
7.4. Claims for a product of inadequate quality. A product of inadequate quality means a product that is faulty and cannot fulfill its functional qualities. The received product must match the description on the website. A difference in design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the website does not constitute a product malfunction or non-functionality.
After receiving the order, claims regarding external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation will not be accepted.
7.5. In case of detection of defects in the goods, if they were not specified by the Seller, the Buyer has the right, at his own discretion:
• demand replacement with a product of the same model and (or) article;
• demand replacement with the same product of a different model and (or) article with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
• demand a proportionate reduction in the purchase price;
• demand immediate free elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the consumer or a third party;
• refuse the Goods and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
8. Copyright
8.1. All text information and graphic images posted on the website
https://collection-flux.tilda.ws are the property of the Seller.
9. Obligations and responsibilities of the parties
9.1. The parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper use of the goods ordered on the website by the Buyer.
9.3. The Seller has the right to transfer its rights and obligations to fulfill Orders to third parties
9.4. The Buyer has the right to send all claims regarding improper fulfillment of the order to the Seller by e-mail address specified on the website https://collection-flux.tilda.ws. All received information is processed as soon as possible.
9.5. In accordance with Art. 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this offer is not irrevocable. The Seller has the right to refuse to place an Order to persons who disagree with the terms of this Agreement.
10. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement shall enter into force upon its Acceptance and shall remain in effect until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
11. Personal Data
11.1. The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The Seller is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy posted on the website at
https://collection-flux.tilda.ws/pk11.2. The Buyer may review the Seller's Privacy Policy, which describes information on the conditions for receiving, storing and processing the Buyer's personal data by the Seller
11.3. The Buyer has the right to refuse the processing of personal data by the Seller at any time, using one of the methods listed in the Seller's Privacy Policy.
